This hotel is in a fantastic location away from the crowded tourist spots, offers excellent service, and has a wonderful breakfast.

The standard room is convenient with guaranteed nice views, extra pillows plus tea. The location is unbeatable and convenient and personnel is REALLY HELPFUL. You can relax at The Lord High Admiral, located nearby.

The units are spacious and cozy, featuring lovely decor and comfortable beds. the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. the restaurant offers delicious food, making dining enjoyable. the location is wonderfully quiet, adding to the overall charm, and it's conveniently close to supermarkets and shops.

The views at breakfast, the value for money.

Walls are a bit thin (you can hear the TV of the room next to you) unless you get the premium room. Also, at the time of my stay, there was no kitchen staff at dinner time (only breakfast) which is a shame. Finally, they are constructing what looks to be a major road between the hotel and the lagoon, which may spoil the aforementioned view a little bit.

Peaceful, fairly clean, big size hotel, the location is stunning in front of the lagoon. The room is tidy with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. There is a great selection of delicious food for breakfast. It offers friendly services and has a particularly good breakfast choices: D

The hotel staff werre very nice and more than helpful to set me up with daytrips. The breakfast is good and the view from the dining hall is nice.

Although it's technically "close" to the main street, it's still a walk, about a 15 minute walk and in the dark the streets are desolate. Although nothing happened, I was a female traveling alone, so I'd recommend taking a cab to and from the hotel at night if traveling alone. The hotel is more than happy to call one for you.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were big. Location is only 10 minute walk from downtown and is very close to the lakes.

This Hotel provides stylish accommodation in a quiet part of town. The staff are very helpful and willing. The shared spaces are spacious. Our stay there was very pleasant and unhassled. The home cooked evening meal was much appreciated

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a quiet neighborhood next to the reserve. The location was perfect, just near the lagoon, allowing me to enjoy beautiful views throughout my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were cozy and well-decorated, with a very narrow folding bed that surprisingly turned out to be quite comfortable. The attention to detail in the hotel's decor was lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with the hotel serving delicious home-made bread that was absolutely delightful.

The staff is amazing. You get the maximum attention from them. The hotel is little and convenient so it gives the feeling that you on your own home. 10 minutes from the city center by foot or 3 minutes by car (aprox - 3 us dollars). Very recomanded!

The staff are very helpful though they do not speak good English. The living room, dining room and bedrooms are clean and tidy. I would say it's value for money.
